Gyan tries his level best to explain Pashupati, Cheddilal and all the members of Chaturvedi family that he is not aware of the alcohol bottle in his school bag but Cheddilal and Pashupati doesn’t believe him and gives a severe punishment to Gyan that until and Unless Gyan does not reveal the truth, no one will dare to give him food or water. Later, Toasty secretly brings food for Gyan and later, even Malti and Dadaji joins in. Kiah secretly puts the bottle in Toasty’s room and thus Toasty doubts on Kiah. Will Toasty and Chaturvedi family come to know that Kiah consumes Alcohol?
Taanya is a beautiful, intelligent and multi-faceted computer science student in Mumbai. As she is about to pass out of college, her parents begin to talk about her marriage. That’s when she tells them that she likes a boy called Tej and wants to marry him.

Tej also loves her but is reluctant to accept the proposal because of a problem in his family. While he does not want to cheat her by keeping the truth from her, he is scared of losing her if he tells her about his family’s problem. His friends try to convince him that every family has some problem so he need not even mention it to Taanya.

Finally, when Tej and Taanya’s families meet, there seems to be no problem and the proposal is mutually agreed upon. A grand wedding takes place and Taanya arrives in her sasuraal. The moment of shock come when all the rituals and ceremonies are over and the guests are all gone. Taanya realizes that Tej’s household is full of men, just men. All the chachis, mamis, buas etc who attended the wedding had all gone and she was the only woman in the house.

Taanya does not know how to handle this. Though in college days she was never uncomfortable among boys and she grew up with a brother, this was another feeling altogether. A life always surrounded by only men — all strangers to begin with — looks unimaginable. She stays put anyways but within twenty four hours she realizes that these men are like pebbles on a beach — all different from each other and rubbing each other sour. She realizes that each one is difficult to deal with. If one wants omlette for breakfast, the other wants halwa. And as if this was not enough there is a sasurji who is kind of a hitler and a chacha sasur who is a hitler-hater. An old dada sasur is also there to make matters worse.

Taanya’s despairs as she realizes that she needs to play the warden of a boy’s hostel where the boys ranged 60 to 12 in age groups. Taanya gives up, accuses Tej of cheating her by not telling the truth and leaves the house.

She returns to her maternal home, only to find that her brother and bhabhi all packed and ready to leave the house and her mother crying. Taanya’s bhabhi does not want to take the responsibility of her in-laws and hence she moves out of the house with Taanya’s brother. And before a shocked Taanya can utter a word about her own problem, her mother tells her that a woman, like a needle is supposed to stitch a family together and not break it. She asks Taanya to always keep her family together and never do anything to break it. Taanya has no alternative and she returns — determined to face the challenge.

Dear Misty, i have a friend who’s been in a 6 year sexless relationship with an alcoholic. My friend has expressed to me that he is very unhappy, wants to leave but doesn’t feel he can cuz his boyfriend is so dependant on him. How do I help my friend?? from queensfan79,

– Surprisingly SOME PEOPLE are not happy unless they are MISERABLE… BUT if he REALLY does want out… I would say GET OUT…. I let my ex stay in my place for Four Months after we broke up… but once the lease was up.. it was time for him to get out…and I had to help him… for some people are just not capable of caring for themselves and need help. but you need to realize you are his Boyfriend not his mother….. but you might need to help him get on his own but once he is… then you need to stay firm in that your alone, and so is he.

ALSO What about REHAB.. and while he is in rehab move his stuff out to his own place?

NOTE: You can use the same alcohol in the jar you’ve poured but at the same time – but realistic – its is 90 days old! If so, change it. I change mine all day long – but i’m using lots of makeup and brushes etc…

There are two things I spend real money on. A good foundation and brushes. You can do more with bad makeup and good brushes than good makeup and bad brushes.

Brushes are the one area I spend money. It’s a worth while investment.

There are a few ways to clean your brushes and soap and water is just fine if that’s your preference.

Most makeup companies sell brush cleaners – and some contain a small amount of alcohol. These are fine too.

BUT for me I want to know my brushes are clean. Hospital grade clean. If someone I’m working on has an eye infection (that I can’t see or they aren’t aware of), cold sore, acne etc… I want to know that the cleaning solution I use will kill all bacteria – 100% to hospital grade.

I use 99% alcohol and it cleans the brush in seconds and depending on the size they’re dry within 60 seconds to 5 minutes.

I clean my brushes everyday. Sometimes 3x a day. My brushes haven’t dried out or turned corse. Some of my brushes are years old and they’re still great – even with this frequent cleaning.

Never take a chance with cleaning your brushes especially if you’re using them on other people.

5 litres of brush cleaning fluid will cost you about £30 and will last you 5 years.

All my makeup (eyeshadows, foundation, powders etc…) is cleaned and disinfected with beauty so clean spray. I cannot tell you how many makeup artists I’ve worked with who’s kit was filthy. It’s not pretty and I wouldn’t want someone working on me with dirty makeup.

I once had a contract with a very large TV company. I was appalled at some of the other makeup artists kits. Granted they cleaned there brushes but not as frequently as they should and the makeup was filthy to look at. Would you want someone to do your face with that?

Makeup is expensive so treat it well. Clean your palettes. Knock off and clean excess fall out from your palettes. Even though the product is used it should still look clean – spotless.

If you’re only doing your makeup then your cleaning frequency is entirely up to you. But if you ask me – clean your makeup.

Look after your face and look after your clients face.

Most good makeup suppliers sell or can order makeup brush cleaner.
